Zhongchuanpeonygarden,foundedin1997,islocatednearLanzhouZhongchuanairport,coveringanareaofabout20squaremeters_Mu,focusingonthecultivationandRDofuniquepurplespotpeonyinGansuProvince,integratingappreciation,productionandscientificresearch.
Therearemorethan500varietiesofpeonyandmorethan200varietiesofPaeonialactifloraintheeco-tourismExpoPark,withGansupurplespotpeonyasthemainspecies.IthascollectedalmostallthepeonyvarietiesfromalloverthecountryandJapan,andhasbecomethepeonyExpoParkofthewholecountryandeventheworld.
LanzhouZhongchuanpeonygardenisthelargestsinglepeonygardeninChina,thehighestmountainpeonygardenintheworld,andalsoascientificresearch,productionandornamentalbaseofpurplespotpeony.Afternearly20yearsofconstruction,LanzhouZhongchuanpeonygardenhasbecomeafamouspeonygardenathomeandabroad.
