MYBACKGROUND
IwasborninasmallvillageofShanDongProvinceonApril4th,1968.WhenIwasyoung,myfamilywasverypoor,soIhadtoworktoearnmoneytohelpmyparentsafterclasswhenIwasinthemiddleschool.
In1986IwasadmittedbyUniversityofInternationalBusinessandEconomics(or:UIBE)topursueabachelordegreeinEconomics.MymajorisaccountinginDepartmentofInternationalBusinessManagement.Theundergraduateeducationgavemeawiderangeofvisionandtaughtmehowtocooperatewithothers.IdevelopedseveralprofessionalinterestsinAccounting,Finance,andInternationalTrade.
Thefollowingeight-yearworkingexperienceofferedmeagoodchancetogivefullplaytomycreativity,intelligenceanddiligence.In1990-1993,IworkedasanassistanttofundingmanagerinChinaNationalTechnicalImportandExportCorporation.In1993-present,IwasemployedbyChinaKingdomImportandExportCorporationtobetheMangerofFinancialandAccountingDivision.
Idobelievethatwithmyhardearlylife,solideducationalbackgroundandampleworkingexperience,IwouldbeanexcellentstudentofyouMBAprogram.
MYPERSONALACCOMPLISHMENT:
AftergraduatingfromUIBE,IwasemployedastheassistanttothefundingmanagerbyChinaNationalTechnicalImportandExportCorporation.Afterreadingalotofrelatedfiles,andanalyzingtheoverallfundingsituationofthecorporation,Ifoundthattheloanpolicywasnotbeenputintoeffect.SowehavethousandsofmillionsRMBloanwithveryhighinterestratewhilealargeamountofcashinbankwithverylowinterestratewasidle.Ireportedthistomysupervisor,andthenwestudiedandrevisedtheloanpolicy.ThisrevisionsavedthecorporationapproximatelyRMBthirtymillionsyuan.Inordertoraisethefundingeffectiveness,afteroneyear’shardwork,Idevelopedtheinternalbankingsystemwithinthecorporationbasedontheactualfundingsupplyandneedofthedifferentdivisionsandprojects.Thisinternalbankingsystemmadefulluseofthecorporation’fundingresources,andduetothis,Iwashighlypraisedbythepresidentofthecorporation.
