Third,strivetobealearning-oriented,research-basednewteacherswanttobeagoodteacher,mustbealoveoflearning,willingtostudy,researchandhighereducationisgoodteachers.Learningtobeanewtypeofresearch-basedteacherhasalwaysbeenmygoal.Itisalsothegoal,inspiredmetokeeponlearningatwork,constantlyreflectongoingresearch.
