First,dedication,willingandselflesscontribution.

Second,westrivetobeacaringteacher.Work,Istrivetodotobecomeacaringteacher.Ibelievethatlovetheirworkandlovetheirstudentsbasicliteracyisateacher,isthesoulofeducation,teachersnoblemoralityemotion,isateachertosucceedinbusinesspremiseandmagic.Otherwise,hecannotbecomeagoodteacher,nottobecomeastudentteacherloved.SoIoftenstartsmall,findthebesteducationalopportunityfromstudentsconcernedaboutthelittlethings,likethestudentsspringbatheducation.Intheusualwork,Ioftenusethetruthwarmthstudents,careforstudentseverywheretothetruth,notonlyconcernedaboutthegoodscores,andmoreconcernedabouttheperformanceisrelativelybackwardstudents.Forstudentswithgoodgrades,Ialwaysencouragethemcontinuingsuccessinthefuture;forstudentswithlearningdifficulties,mypatientcounselinginclass,andestablishtheirconfidence,sothattheycanfighttokeepupthepaceoflearning.
Ithink,donotgiveastudent,especiallytheNoChildLeftBehindperformancelagsbehind,isourpursuitoftheteachingrealm.Alsoateachershouldhavegoodprofessionalemotionandsenseofresponsibility,becausetheeducationofthegarden,aflowerdoesnotmakeaspring,theflowersShengKaichungarden.
Third,strivetobealearning-oriented,research-basednewteacherswanttobeagoodteacher,mustbealoveoflearning,willingtostudy,researchandhighereducationisgoodteachers.Learningtobeanewtypeofresearch-basedteacherhasalwaysbeenmygoal.Itisalsothegoal,inspiredmetokeeponlearningatwork,constantlyreflectongoingresearch.
Onprofessionalknowledgeisconcerned,IhaveapassiontolearnEnglish.Englishhasalwaysbeenmyfavoritesubject,wheneverIlearnEnglish,Ifeelexcited,feelendlessaftertaste.IoftenfeelIamlearningEnglishtellmystudents,toencouragethemtolovetheEnglish,tostimulatetheirinterestinlearningtheEnglishlanguage.SometimesIalsoIlearnthecontent,suchasnews,andotherhistoricalfigurestogettheclassroomandmystudentsenjoytogether,andsometimessimplyusedasteachingmaterial,practiceproblems.Throughcontinuouslearning,andconstantlyimprovemyprofessionalknowledge,classroomteachingbutalsokeepupthepace.Oftenhavetheopportunitytogotolearn,Ihavetofighttoparticipate,IhavemanytimestoZhengzhou,Beijingandotherplacestoparticipateintraining.Everytimelearning,Ihaveexcellentresults,which20xxparticipateintheSummerEnglishcoursesorganizedbythefieldofforeignteachersteach,Iaverage96pointshonors,wonfirstplace.
