SinceFebruary2014Ihavebeenworkingforthreemonthsnow.Duringthistime,Ichangedfromanewlygraduatedstudenttoafull-timeprofessionalcounselor,thebiggestfeelingis:counselorsworkisaconscience.Duringthesemonths'workandstudy,Igottoknowtheworknatureofthecounselorassoonaspossibleundertheguidanceandconcernoftheleadersandcolleagues.Ialsolearnedmyworkskillsandexperiencefrommycolleagues.Understandthestrengthandcharmoftheteam,andquicklyrecognizeandintegrateintotheteam,formyfutureworktoestablishagoodstart.
Ideologicalandpoliticalparticipation,intherecentpartymasslineofeducationalpractice,Iearnestlystudytheparty'sprinciples,establishadvanced,educationalthinking,andconstantlylearnfrompoliticaltheoryandeducationalthinking,themasslineofthecombinationofTotheiractualwork.
Work,strictdemandsonthemselves,assiduouslybusiness,deepintothestudents,andactivelygraspthestudents'ideologicaldynamics,understandthepracticaldifficultiesofstudents,makethegreatesteffortstohelpstudents.AndIregularlyclassesforstudents,andstudentstocommunicateandexchange,"student-centered,andservethestudentswholeheartedly"toimplementtheaction.
Intheprocessofinternship,Ideeplyfeelthatwehavelearnedsomethingverylimited,andonlyapositivecombinationofpracticeistherealknowledgetouse.Therefore,Iactivelyparticipateinvarioustrainingtoimprovetheiroperationalcapacity,andexperiencedteacherstoask,goodatthinking,IbelieveIwillbemoresuitedtomyjob.
