1.Studyofpoliticaltheoryisnotenough.Politicaltheorycultivationneedstobefurtherimproved,thereisnoone-sidednessinthestudyofpoliticaltheorylearning,andthereisalackofsystematicstudyanddeepunderstandingofpoliticaltheory.Thelackofsystematic,regular,in-depthstudy,cannotbeagooduseofMarxist-Leniniststandpointandpointofviewoftheproblem,thelackofunderstandingoftheproblemwiththetheory,problem-solvingskills.Thefourwindsandthethreestricturesandthethreerealissuesarethethingsofthepartymembersandleadingcadres.Theydonothavemuchrelationshipwiththemselvesanddonotstudydeeply.Theydonothaveadeepunderstandingoftheirscientificviewpoints.Usually,theyarejustlearningforms.Profoundthinking.
2.Transformthesubjectiveworldisnotenough.Asauniversityadministrativepersonnel,bythepartytoeducateformanyyears,tostrengthenthesubjectiveworldtransformation,firmidealsandbeliefs,attitudeisconscious,cognitionisconsistent,thestandisfirm.Buttoseektruthfromfacts,howtocarryouttheeducationofidealsandbeliefswiththetimes,tostrengthenthecontinuoustransformationofthesubjectiveworld,andsometimesthecombinationisnottightenough,adheretonotgoodenough.Instrengtheningthetheoryofarmed,strengthenideologicalwork,strengthentheidealandfaitheducation,energyinputisnotenough,meansnotmuch.
3.Innovativeawarenessisnotenough.Ignoringtheworkoftheinitiative,enthusiasmandcreativity.Thetransformationofthesubjectiveworldisnotself-consciousandlacksthespiritofarduousstruggle.Intermsofemancipatingthemind,renewingideas,innovatingworkingmethodsandmeans.Busytocopewithmore,taketheinitiativetoimplementless,moreresearch,lessproblem-solving,lackofcreativitytocarryoutwork,reformconsciousnessneedstobefurtherenhanced.
