Thepointhereisthatanyonethatisdepressed,isso,becausethereisanexternalfactorthatdidn’tmaterializeintheirlife–i.e….(Theyhavelostsomethingoutsideoftheircontrol,ordon’thavesomethingthatisoutoftheircontrol)themostcommonreasonsfordepressionare:alostajob,relationshipbreakdownsornonexistence,bodyimage,comparisontoothers.
Theonlywayoutofthisistoworkonyourself,everyday.
Inschoolwearetaughthowtogetajob,butnooneteachesushowtoliveinastateofhappiness.Nooneteachesushowimportantourconsciousandunconsciousthoughtsandassociationsare.
