Throughtheirowncontinuousefforts,whetherideological,learningorwork,havemadeconsiderabledevelopmentandtremendousgains.Throughthisyear'sworkandstudy,Irealizedthatthegrowthofaqualifiedtechnicianisabrightfuture,fullofhopeatthesametimeneedtopayeffortsandeffortoftheprocess,butalsoaneedtoconstantlyimprovethecontinuousdevelopmentofthelong-termprocess.Thefollowingisasummaryofmyworkinthisyearandself-identification:

Thoughtistheguidetoaction,apersonifyouwanttodoagoodjob,wemustfirstestablishtheirownworkthinking.Asanon-partymember,Iactivelyaskedtojointhepartyorganization,inAugust2011turnedovertojointhepartyapplication,isnowapartyactivists.Inmydailywork,Ihavestrictdemandsonmyself,consciouslyacceptingthesupervisionandassistanceofPartymembersandcolleagues,persistentlyovercomemyownshortcomingsandmakeupformyownshortcomings.AlwaysadheretotheMarxist-Leninistposition,viewpointandmethodology,adheretothecorrectworldoutlook,outlookonlife,values,andtoguidetheirownlearning,workandlifepractice.Asamemberofthecompany,Iseriouslystudyandpenetratethecompany'smainstreamculturalthinking,thecompany'scorebusinessphilosophy,andactivelypromotethepartyspirit,Andapplyittotheactualwork,consistentwiththecompany.
