Aftergraduation,IworkedataChinaRailwayTunnelGroupCo.,Ltd.,intheconstructionoftheTianmaMountainTunnelinthetechnicalwork.Morethanayearsinceboththetheoreticalknowledgeorpracticalabilityhasbeengreatlyimproved.Aftertakingpartinthework,Ifoundthatmypreviousknowledgewashelpful,butitwasnotenoughtoapplyittomyworkanditwasverydifficulttopracticebecauseofmyownlackofworkexperienceinconstruction.ButIstillhopeforthejob,inordertobeabletoadapttothenewenvironmentassoonaspossiblefornewjobs.Idecidedtostartfromscratch,Iwenttothesitetoparticipateintraining,andfieldworkerstoworktogethertolearnfromtheworkerson-siteexperience.
