IhaveparticipatedintheoriginalChuxingoneortwotypesofpressurevesselforensicwork,in1996asthepressurevesselworkshopdirector,personallyinvolvedinandorganizedaclass,twotypesofpressurevesselreplacementwork.2005intheDepartmentoftheMinistryofproductionasasquadronduringthe2030projectofvarioustypesofequipmentmanufacturing,thefilmarea13teamstoobtainthefirstlaborcompetitionsuccess.In2004intheDepartmentofweldingskillscompetitions,wonthefirst11results.2010inQinghaiconstructionteamledtheteamintheproductionandmanagementof21groupsfor7,8,9threemonthsrankedfirstinthethreeconsecutiveyears.In2011,theleaderofthecompanywasrankedfirstandsecondrespectively,andthesecondwastheannualsafetycomparisonmanagement.Inthesevenyearsastheproductionsquad,participatedinthesharesdiammonium,ChongqingSauter,Lianhua,InnerMongoliaYihua,QinghaiYihua,XinjiangYihuaprojectconstructionandthesubsidiariesoftheoverhaul,maintenancetasks.Ledbytheteamhasbeenintheproductionofthecompany,thequalityoftheforefront.2030sharesintheengineeringequipmentmanufacturingforoneyear,theteamwillcreateawelderweldingpressurevesselstoshootahighpassrateofastrongteam.
