TaihanggrandcanyonscenerytouristareaislocatedintheJinYuprovincesborder,islocatedinthesoutheastofhuguanofchangzhicity,ShanxiProvince,coveringatotalareaofabout225squarekilometers.Successivelywonthe"nationalforestpark,nationalgeologicalpark,China'smostbeautifultengrandcanyon,thenationalAAAAlevelscenicareascenicarea,rockclimbingbaseinChina,ShanxiProvince"andotherhonorarytitles.
Taihangmountain(northlatitude34°34'-40°43',longitude110°14'-114°33'),alsoknownasfivelinesofthemountains,thequeenmother,nuwamountain,isoneoftheimportantmountainsineasternChina,andgeographicboundaries.
IslocatedinShanxiProvinceandthenorthChinaplain,acrossBeijing,hebei,shanxi,henan4provinces,cities,mountainsnorthofBeijingxishan,southtohenanandshanxiborderwangwumountain,westshanxiplateau,northChinaplainintheeast,thenortheasttosouthwest,stretchformorethan400kilometers.
Taihangmountainsiscomposedofavarietyofrockstructure,presentdifferentlandforms,mostaltitudeabove1200,hasmanyethicalriverflowsthrough,highterrainnorthsouthlowandstorageisrichincoalresources.
TaihangmountainisoneofthetwoorthreeladderterrainboundaryinChina,butalsoontheloessplateauandtheboundarybetweenthenorthChinaplain.
