TianyigelibraryistheoldestexistingprivatelibraryinChinaandoneofthethreeearliestexistingprivatelibrariesintheworld.Itwasbuiltbetweenthe40thand45thyearofJiajingreignoftheMingDynasty(1561-1566AD).ItwasoriginallythelibraryofFanQin,therightservantoftheMingarmy.In1982,itwasannouncedasanationalkeyculturalrelicsprotectionunitbytheStateCouncil.Therearenearly300000volumesofallkindsofancientbooksinthecollection,including80000volumesofrarebooks,especiallythelocalchroniclesandimperialexaminationrecordsofMingDynasty.Inrecentyears,thecauseofourmuseumhasdevelopedrapidly,withtheadditionofChinaLocalRecordscollection,yintaidiofficialresidenceMuseum,mahjongoriginexhibitionhall,etc.Morethan6730volumesofContemporaryLocalChroniclesatalllevelsarecollectedintheChinaLocalChroniclescollection,accountingformorethan80%ofthetotal.YintaidimuseumdisplaystheHomeFurnishingArtandarchitecturalartofthefamiliesofofficialsintheQingDynasty.Itwonthe"BestCreativityAwardforthetoptenfineexhibitionsofnationalmuseums"in2000.TheMuseumoftheoriginofmahjongshowstheoriginofmahjonganditshistoricaloriginwithNingbointhreedimensions.Builtinthe1920s,Qin'sancestralhallisadmiredbytouristsforitsuniqueancestralhallcultureandexquisitefolkcrafts,andislistedinthefifthbatchofnationalkeyculturalrelicsprotectionunits.
